How it works

We provide a free cleaning consultation and quote.

To better understand your needs and requirements, our Area Manager will meet with you on-site for a free consultation. Our expert opinion will help you identify hidden gaps in your cleaning service and suggest areas for improvement.

With your input, we will draw up a specification sheet detailing what is to be cleaned and how frequently. This is the benchmark by which we maintain standards and ensure that we fulfil our commitment to you.

We supply the best training, equipment and supplies for staff, prior to contract mobilisation.

Our in-house training program ensures that our personnel are qualified to use specialised equipment and any potentially hazardous chemicals. This ensures our teams have a thorough understanding of health and safety issues, legislation, and codes of practice as they apply to their work. They also recognize the importance of keeping up-to-date with new techniques and the changing requirements of the working environment

We audit our sites on a frequent basis to ensure overall standards and KPIs are maintained.

We can schedule meetings with you as frequently as needed. At a minimum, we conduct regular reviews for every contract and cleaner, providing monthly reports to each client. For larger contracts, we also track consumables usage, waste removal quantities, and cleaner turnover. Additionally, we ensure that Periodical Cleans meet the required standards and review training needs based on site auditing data.

We schedule regular meetings with you, the client, to discuss the ongoing performance of our service.

We can schedule meetings with you as frequently as needed. At a minimum, we conduct regular reviews for every contract and cleaner, providing quarterly reports to each client. During these meetings, we document progress, address any issues, and seek your sign-off and feedback.
